The whole add-in is one narrow pane docked to the right of PowerPoint. It has three parts: a top bar, the tab you are working in, and a settings drawer that slides over everything.

Top bar

Top bar of the Pretty task pane

The top bar sits above whichever tab you are in.

Start a new chat when you switch topic. Each chat carries its own history and context, and a long chat spends context on things that no longer matter.

Tabs

The bottom of the pane switches between three tabs.
Bottom tab bar of the Pretty task pane

The tab bar sits at the very bottom of the pane.

A fourth tab, Switch Logo, appears only when you select a logo on the slide that Pretty inserted. It swaps that logo for a different company or a different variant in place. See Logos.

Settings drawer

Open it from the top bar. The sections, in order:
Your display name and the email you are signed in as.
“View and manage personal and organization skills.” Skills become slash commands in the composer. See Skills.
A workspace is the container for everything shared: members, brand fonts, organization skills, shared components, slide pools, and the AI spend Pretty meters. You always work inside exactly one, the active one.Sections you have no rights over are not greyed out, they are simply not rendered. If a section described here is missing from your drawer, you are a Member.
Invite a teammate is a single address field that sends a Member invitation. It only appears for Owners and Admins. The full member list, role changes and bulk invites live on the fuller workspace settings surface. See Members and roles.
Brand fonts uploaded for everyone in the workspace. Admins only. See Brand fonts.
Appearance, interface language, and two add-in behaviours: Follow the agent’s edits and Maximise PowerPoint compatibility. See Preferences.
Spend against your workspace’s monthly budget, and when it resets. See Usage and limits.
Username, email, and Export your data, a ZIP of everything we store about you.
Sign out, and Delete account, which permanently removes your account, chats, presentations and files. There is no recovery, so it asks you to type to confirm.

Working alongside the pane

You can select shapes, type into placeholders, and use the ribbon while a chat is running. The agent picks up whatever you have selected when you send your next message. If the agent inserting slides keeps yanking your view around, turn off Follow the agent’s edits in Preferences.
